A: His weapon is called Abel's Lance and it sometimes casts Tornado on enemys.
Q: Where can you find the Perseus Bow and where/who can you obtain it's arrows?

EDIT: A: Come on guys! It's Rosa's new ultimate weapon and you can find it in the Lunar Ruins. It's located secretly on the upper left corner of the room where there are 9 treasure boxes.
